I had looked at several different models and brands before buying this one. I love it. It is a good value for the money. Makes great coffee and has so far met my expectations. I wanted to be able to make good espresso without spending hundreds of dollars for a high-end model. I haven't been disappointed. It is easy to use. However it took some experimentation to figure out a good process for the coffee and the steamed/foamed milk. The instructions and guidelines included are extremely basic
